Recruitment Process

Exclusive experienced Sr. HR Personal will be assigned once a demand is received. He/She prior taking up the job, gathers information from different sources to understand technically better the requirements of the project/work site. This empowers us to select better quality candidates.

Shortlisting

Our goal is to only present candidates who match the client's job requirements. So our technical team short lists the candidates from all branch/associate offices within a week of getting the demand and finalizes the interview venue.

Selection

We request client to intimate us the tools and equipments for the test. The same will be provided at the interview venues/testing centers. This will help to conduct accurate tests and lead to select right candidates. Our endeavor is always to provide the shortlisted candidates to save the client's time and energy. It also leads proper selection of candidates.

Documentation

We start the documentation of selected candidates once we receive the green signal from the Client for each candidate. We do all documentation work by ourselves. We have good relationships in all related government agencies and embassies. We generally finish the documentation timely.

Dispatch

We dispatch after the documentation and as per the client's given timeline.

Related Works

Post deployment services will be provided to both Overseas Employers and workers if required.
